This class is for beginners and experienced individuals to explore the ancient science of yoga. Hatha yoga will stimulate circulation, improve balance, strength, flexibility and reduce stress.
Instructor: Registered yoga teacher Evelyn Brown
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
No class: Monday, April 15 & May 27.
